Where are you located?

We have a shop in Townsville (3/40 Anne Street, Aitkenvale, QLD 4814) - however we freight products Australia wide (not internationally). We are a 100% Australian owned and operated family business.

What are your opening hours?

Monday - Friday (9am til 6pm) and Saturday (9am til 1pm) AEST.

How much does freight cost?

Nothing - express post delivery to your front door is included in the advertised price.

Is GST extra?

No. GST is also included in the advertised price.

How long does it take to receive my purchases?

Approximately 1-3 working days after payment has been received. We endeavour to keep all listed products in stock and do not send products directly from our suppliers to the customer. If for some reason a product is not in stock when you place your order you will be advised by email or phone an ETA and kept updated on its progress.

Do you have EFTPOS facilities?

Yes, we can process Credit Card payments over the phone. We also accept PayPal, Direct deposit, cheque and money order. Please note Amex cards and COD not accepted.

Do you do wholesale or bulk order prices?

No. We spend a lot of time researching competitors' prices to ensure we are the cheapest in Australia. We operate on the idea of a high volume turnover at low margins.

How to I redeem a Gift voucher?

Contact me at anthony@nqhfs.com.au or 0488 250980 and quote your Gift voucher number, it's value, and the products you would like to purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Do you match competitors’ prices?

Yes. If you find an identical product advertised cheaper on another reputable online or shopfront store (including express post), contact me to discuss matching the price. We do not match prices with Ebay or international stores.
