POSTAGE

Express post and GST is included in the advertised price. We post Australia wide, however due to insurance restrictions are unable to post internationally.

Orders placed before 4.00 pm will be processed the same day. After payment has been received, you can expect to receive your product within 1 - 3 business days via Australia Post.

RETURNS - INCORRECT PRODUCT CHOICE/ SIZE

We may consider doing an exchange or refund if the original product is still complete, in unopened packaging, unused, unsoiled and in saleable condition. This will be considered on a case by case basis, and we encourage customers to research their product thoroughly prior to purchasing. Where exchanges are approved, customers will be required to pay an additional $10.00 - $20.00 freight depending on the size and weight of the product.

RETURNS - WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims for SportDOG or Innotek products are done directly with the manufacturer's troubleshooting department. The customer care department will endeavour to repair any problems and if the product is deemed faulty, organise a replacement.
